ContentManager™ is the tool that allows for the simple administration of your organization’s repositories through the use of a Graphical-User-Interface (GUI) that runs in a standard web browser interface. Your organization’s System Administrator, via the ContentManager™, is able to organize, store, and network highly distributed content—making it accessible to authorized users in real-time. In addition, the System Administrator can publish and/or remove items from publication at a moment's notice.

The System Administrator can be highly specific when assigning levels of accessibility to particular user group(s), thereby maintaining control over the content at all times.

Content is categorized using virtual folders which contain ContentObjects™ to logically group related content together.
